Gemini CAST ALUMINUM Sign Letters

FLUSH STUD:

Studs are set in adhesive cement. There is no space between the letter and the surface.

PROJECTED JAM NUT:

Studs are set in adhesive cement. Stainless steel jam nuts are inserted between the letter and the mounting surface.

PROJECTED SPACER:

Studs are set in adhesive cement. Pre-Cut spacers are inserted between the letter and the mounting surface.

CORRUGATED:

Studs are set using a jam nut on front and back of corrugation.

FLAT METAL:

Where you have access to the rear of the wall, washers and nuts are used on both sides of wall.

DOUBLE RAIL:

Two rows of C-Channel painted or anodized aluminum rails are mounted with threaded aluminum bolts into in-line stud bosses. Letters are mounted by word. Maximum 96" length.

BOTTOM RAIL:

Backs of letters and logos, at least ¼”thick – up to 4” high, are drilled and tapped to receive screws to secure letters onto one horizontal metal rail (bars or C-Channel) - for mounting to wall.

TOP RAIL:

Bottom returns of letters and logos, at least 3/8” thick, are drilled and tapped to receive screws to secure letter onto one metal rail (bars or C-Channel) - for freestanding letters. Tie-backs (not supplied) are recommended for letters over 8” high.

BOTTOM STUD:

Bottom stud mount is available on letters 4" - 24", minimum 3/8" thick. Letters are drilled and tapped on the bottom returns. Typical 3/16"-1/4" wall thickness on hollow back letters/logos. (Covered back option available, Please contact us)

TOP STUD:

Top stud mount is available on letters at least 4"- 24", minimum 3/8" thick. Letters are drilled and tapped on the top returns. Typical 3/16" - 1/4" wall thickness on hollow back letters/logos.  (Covered back option available, Please contact us)

BOTTOM BACK ANGLE BRACKET:

90º angle bracket measuring 2" x 2" x 1/4" is secured to bottom stud locations of letters. Tie-backs recommended for letters over 8" (not supplied). Letters are mounted by word. Maximum 96" length.

Stud Mount Drill Pattern:

Computer generated tracing of letters with hand punched hole locations of studs, printed on 60# white grid paper. Once taped to wall, hole locations are then drilled and filled with adhesive.
