• GemLeaf on Acrylic Sign Letters

GemLeaf letters use the latest technology to apply a micron's thick coating of metal to modified premium extruded acrylic stock then precisely laser cut.

• Metal Laminates on Acrylic Sign Letters

Gemini uses .030 solid metal sheets of aluminum that are laminated onto your choice of many acrylic colors. The proprietary Bern-Lok lamination process is used to adhere the metal laminate to the acrylic substrate using a combination of heat, high pressure and chemical bonding. Once laminated the sheets are CNC precision cut.

• Metal Laminates on Foam Sign Letters

Gemini uses .030 solid metal sheets of aluminum that are laminated onto Gemini's rigid high density foam (12 lb./cubic foot) with a 0.030" ABS backer. The proprietary Bern-Lok lamination process is used to adhere the metal laminate to the foam substrate using a combination of heat, high pressure and chemical bonding. Once laminated the sheets are CNC precision cut.

• Acrylic Laminate on Foam Sign Letters

Gemini uses 1/8" extruded acrylic sheets that are laminated onto Gemini's rigid high density foam (12 lb./cubic foot) with a 0.030" ABS backer. The proprietary Bern-Lok lamination process is used to adhere the acrylic laminate to the foam substrate using a combination of heat, high pressure and chemical bonding. Once laminated the sheets are CNC precision cut.
