	PLAIN MOUNT: Letters and logos are supplied with no mounting holes or hardware.
	BACK STUD MOUNT: Backs of letters and logos, at least ¼” thick, are drilled and tapped to receive threaded studs. 1/8" thick letters and logos over 2" in height receive welded studs. 1/8" thick letters smaller than 3" in height are available in plain mount only. An optional aluminum spacer sleeve is available to slide over the stud which allows the letter to stand off the wall (1/4", 1/2", 3/4" or 1") to add dimension.
	TOP STUD: Top returns of letters and logos, at least 3/8” thick, are drilled and tapped to receive threaded studs, for mounting to wall or rail.
	BOTTOM STUD: Bottom returns of letters and logos, at least 3/8”thick, are drilled and tapped to receive threaded studs, for freestanding letters. Tie-backs (not supplied) are recommended for letters over 8" high.
	TOP & BOTTOM STUD: Top and bottom returns of letters and logos, at least 3/8” thick, are drilled and tapped to receive threaded studs, for mounting to wall or rails.
	DOUBLE RAIL: Backs of letters and logos, at least ¼” thick, are drilled and tapped to receive screws to secure letters onto two horizontal metal rails (bars or C-Channel) - for mounting to wall.
	SINGLE RAIL: Backs of letters and logos, at least ¼”thick – up to 4” high, are drilled and tapped to receive screws to secure letters onto one horizontal metal rail (bars or C-Channel) - for mounting to wall.
	BOTTOM RAIL: Bottom returns of letters and logos, at least 3/8” thick, are drilled and tapped to receive screws to secure letter onto one metal rail (bars or C-Channel) - for freestanding letters. Tie-backs (not supplied) are recommended for letters over 8” high.
	TOP RAIL: Top returns of letters and logos, at least 3/8”thick, are drilled and tapped to receive screws to secure letters onto one metal rail (bars or C-Channel) - for free-hanging letters. Tie-backs (not supplied) may be required for letters over 8” high.
	BOTTOM ANGLE BRACKET: Lower backs of letters and logos, at least 3/8” thick, are drilled and tapped to receive screws to secure letters onto one metal angle iron - for freestanding letters. Tie-backs (not supplied) are recommended for letters over 12” high.
	Rigid Stencil Guide: A computer generated, full size cutout, designed for smaller letters, logos or bars. Typically used to install double face tape letters. Guide is taped to wall, letters are set inside cutout and adhered to wall. In some cases where this method will not work a rigid split stencil will be provided instead. Rigid split stencils is a computer generated, partial cutout of bottom portion of the letters above the baseline, plus 2" below the baseline that provides a perfect way to install plain, pad or double face tape flat cut out letters. This split stencil is produced using the same file we use to produce your letters. Gemini layout team will determine if Stencil or Split Stencil is best for your order.
	Stud Mount Drill Pattern: Computer generated tracing of letters with hand punched hole locations of studs, printed on 60# white grid paper. Once taped to wall, hole locations are then drilled and filled with adhesive.
